Project and Construction Management

In the past 23 years we have often been utilized to provide Project Management for both small projects ($20,000) and large projects ($30,000,000).  Our approach is simple and straight forward.  We are directly involved in every aspect of the project, including design, material specifications and purchasing, material control, construction bidding and evaluation, and field construction management.  Our project manager will be on-site during all phases of the construction to immediately handle field engineering and construction problems.  This "hands-on" approach saves time and money by eliminating shut downs and delays waiting for engineering answers.  Our field inspectors are competent and have been involved in all types of oil and gas construction for many years.  Job confusion and cost extras are minimized by effective pre-bid meetings and the on-site management team.
